Dakshin

Dashkin focuses on vegetarian Indian food and is the only restaurant in Hanoi serving southern Indian cuisine. Specialties include paper masala dosa, a crispy thin pancake of rice and lentils, and appan with stu (a rich vegetable stew), a specialty from the Kerala region that in itself merits a visit.
